Chongqing Natural History Museum

Introduction

This museum in south Chongqing is home to a number of dinosaur skeletons which have been unearthed in Sichuan province. Most of the remains have been uncovered around the town of Zigong since the 70s. The most impressive exhibits at Chongqing’s Natural History Museum are the skeletons of the Tuojiang stegosaur and the Omeisaurus zigongensis dinosaur.
