Confucius Forest

Introduction

Confucius Forest is located in the north of Qufu City. The area covers 200 hectares and is enclosed by a brick wall. More than 100,000 graves of Confucius’ descendants are found here, some of which date back over 2,000 years. Confucius himself is buried here.
