Beigushan

Introduction

Located northeast of Zhenjiang, this hill lies on the banks of the Yangzi River. Beijgushan has many sites which date back to the Three Kingdoms period (220-265AD) including the Ganlu monastery and the Soaring Clouds Pavilion (lingyun ting). This pavilion at the top of the hill is an excellent place to sit in the shade and admire the wonderful views of the river below.
